It’s an exciting time in the development of Swindon Carers Centre and we are seeking three passionate, effective and committed individuals who will be part of our carer support teams.

Carer Support Administrator20.5 hours per week, £20,248.48 pa (Pro rata  £11,218.75)  (6 month maternity contract)

The post holder will provide information, advice and support to Adult and Parent Carers and associated administrative tasks at the entry point to our service.

Health and Social Care Liaison Officer – 22.5 hours per week, £20,048.00 pa (Pro rata £12,191.35)

The post holder will work in partnership with health, social care and voluntary sector partner organisations to support them to identify, recognise and signpost Carers to appropriate support services based on individual need.

Young Carer Groups and Activities Coordinator – 28 hours per week, £21,500.00 pa (Pro rata £16,270.27)

The post holder will deliver a range of weekly term-time group sessions and designated day trips and activities during the school holidays, in order to offer young  and young adult carers a break from their caring responsibilities.
