Carer feedback questionnaire: Virtual Wards
More and more people in Bath and North East Somerset, Swindon and Wiltshire are being treated in what are known as Virtual Wards, where suitable patients are able to receive a high level of acute care, assessment monitoring and treatment from the comfort of their own homes or place of residence.
The team at Bath and North East Somerset, Swindon and Wiltshire Integrated Care Board responsible for providing care through virtual wards are keen to hear from carers looking after patients being treated in this way, so they can act on feedback and continually improve the care, support and information patients and carers receive.
