As a charity we rely on the generous donations of individuals, organisations and businesses to deliver support to unpaid carers in Swindon. We are part funded by Swindon Borough Council, but to cover the full cost of running our essential services we need to fundraise. We are grateful for support from our partners which makes a significant difference to our ability to respond to the growing needs of unpaid carers in Swindon.

Your partnership matters

Unpaid carers play a crucial role in meeting the needs of some of the most vulnerable people in our communities, but this can come at a cost. Caring for someone can have a significant impact on a carer’s own health and wellbeing.

Many carers struggle to access respite breaks, to take time out of their caring role. Caring for someone often comes with additional costs and considerations, affecting peoples’ finances and employment opportunities. The current cost of living crisis is being felt by carers throughout the UK.
