Partner with Us

How you can work with us

Every business is different – so each of our partnerships is too. We’d love to talk to you about some of the ways we can work together.

There are multiple ways that we can work together to support your company’s objectives to support the local community alongside ours to support Unpaid Carers in Swindon. We will work to ensure that we create a partnership that meets your objectives, and that advances Swindon Carers Centre’s vital work.

Charity of the Year

Engage your employees in meaningful fundraising and pro-bono opportunities to support carers.

Corporate and Strategic Partnerships

A Corporate or Strategic Partnership demonstrates our shared goals and values. For a one-off or annual commitment to support Swindon Carers Centre your logo will feature across our work boosting perceptions of your brand through association with how you support the local community the business is based in.

Sponsorship

Sponsoring one of our annual events is a fantastic way to support us and can boost your own brands awareness too.

Payroll Giving

Put charitable giving at the heart of your workplace. Give As You Earn is simple and enables employees to give straight from their salary.

Product/Service Donations

Donating via sales of your product or services is a great way to increase your profits and build positive brand associations.

Office Fundraising

Staff teams could fundraise for Swindon Carers Centre whilst also having fun and creating an opportunity for team building. For ideas on office fundraising see the end of this page.

Why is partnering with a charity so beneficial?

Staff engagement and morale

Engaged staff are happier, more productive, and more likely to stay, attracting new talent. Long-term charitable partnerships boost morale—57% of employees agree—and unite teams, fostering a positive and cohesive work environment.

Positive brand association

Social responsibility needs to be deeply embedded into an organisation. This is especially true when it comes to the millennial customer base, 70% of whom are more likely to spend more money on a brand that supports a cause.  Social media offers a strong platform for engaging younger, ethically minded customers, making corporate philanthropy a powerful tool for brand connection too.

Increased networking opportunities

Networking is an essential part of business growth, and what better way to do so than via a charity partnership? Working with a charity partner is a valuable tool in widening business networks. At Swindon Carers Centre we have 2 annual events you would be invited to.
