Carers are often unable to make time for themselves, their hobbies and interests and may lose confidence and feel isolated and lonely. Through our What’s On groups and activities we strive to get you out of the house, to try something new and meet others with caring responsibilities.

Covid-19 update: Our face-to-face groups and activities for our adult, parent and older carers are currently suspended. Our Groups and Activities Team are regularly reviewing this in-line with the latest guidance. We are offering online alternatives where possible. These include:
- A virtual cuppa and chat (afternoon)
- Dementia peer support group (Monthly)
- Quiz (Evening)
- Open Minds social afternoon (Monthly)
Please click here for our latest What’s On Carers Activities Request Form. Fill this in to register for activities from April-June 2021. Would you like to join one of the above online groups? Please email email@example.com or ring one of us directly.
Our Groups and Activities Team will continue to send our Chatterbox Newsletter. If you do not currently receive this and would like to do so, please let us know.
