A chance to get fit, feet great and have fun during this energising keep fit class!
We will issue you with a journal and each month have a different exercise (e.g. what can we be grateful for, having a positive mind, reflective or expressive writing etc.). A chance to relax and reflect and undertake some mindfulness.
